The SkyProc library has now been updated with a fix, we are just waiting on mod authors to recompile their patchers for their mods so the fix will work. Ill make this a seperate post just for people who are aware:

Install the new Unofficial Skyrim Patch 2.1.2.ģ. Here is a temporary workaround to this problem:Ģ. However, if you are using a mod that depends on a Skyproc-based patcher, you may be unable to create your auto-generated patch. The latest USKP 2.1.2 is working perfectly in its function which is to fix the vanilla game. However, if you don't know what you are doing, then wait for SkyProc to get updated. My SkyProc tools did not alert me from missing masters this time. Arthmoor seemed to be fine with these instructions. Quote from axonis in Unofficial Skyrim Patch thread. This is important, because SkyProc does not need those Cell files from the patch, but game itself does. When it is done REINSTALL Unofficial Skyrim Patch. Select "OK" when it asks about saving the file. Either click "Delete" from your keyboard, or rigth click the column and select "Remove" from the list. Click "Cell" with your mouse, so it gets activated. Expand the Unofficial Skyrim Patch from the left panel, by clicking "+" next to it. When it is finished (the text in the bottom of the screen says it is finished) you will see that the patch and it's masters appear in to the left panel.
